\r\n \u2022Maintain, update & report of Network Strategy & resulting Master Plans (MB,

\r\n \u2022Maintain, update & support Retail Formats (MB, smart, AMG, SPO) including

\r\n \u2022Appoint & monitor suppliers for interior and exterior CI\/CD, ACP, Corporate
\r\nOutfit and applicable building materials
\r\n \u2022Definition and implementation\/rollout activities of CI\/CD and construction
\r\nrelated standards and guidelines
\r\n \u2022Lead facility\/format related retail projects including special AMG, smart,
\r\nMaybach and SPO
\r\n \u2022Prepare and conduct Network Dept. Implementation Meetings (communication
\r\nwith regions) each 2nd month
\r\n \u2022Regular communication with HQ counterparts to ensure permanent sharing of
\r\ninformation and further development of concepts and tools
\r\n \u2022Define and implement China-specific internal and external MB dealer
\r\ncommunication strategies and plans
\r\n \u2022Plan and conduct MB large scale dealer events in China (e.g. National Dealer
\r\nConferences) so as to promote brand image via professional communication and
\r\nmedia platforms and channels
\r\n \u2022Lead and develop a big team
\r\n \u2022Handling of significant amount of Marketing & G&A Budget

\r\n -Development of Network Development Strategy and maintain \/ update Network
\r\nMaster -Plan in close coordination with BMBS ExCom, Business Units, ND Regional
\r\nOffices. -Consolidate updates and provide biweekly Project Status Update to
\r\nrespective departments within BMBS
\r\n \u2022Retail Projects
\r\n -Manage retail strategy projects assigned by management. Coordinate with the
\r\nrespective partners from MS and DRE to ensure project objectives are achieved.
\r\n \u2022Manage Facility Planning and CI\/CD Implementation
\r\n -Maintain, update & support on retail formats. Manage facility related retail
\r\nprojects including AMG, smart, Maybach and SPO. Appoint and monitor suppliers
\r\nfor CI\/CD, Corporate Outfit and applicable building materials
\r\n \u2022Support Director ND and Provide Management with Ad-hoc Reports\/ Information
\r\n -Complete tasks assigned by General Manager and ad-hoc reports for BMBS
\r\nmanagement
\r\n \u2022Dealer Communication
\r\n -Organize dealer events and implement dealer communication and marketing
\r\nstrategies and plans
